eSMART will be in Cannes for MIPIM from 12 to 15 March 2024
The entire eSMART team is proud to have won the EMAAR sustainability innovation challenge.
Out of 240 entries to the challenge, eSMART was selected to travel to Dubai and participate in the final stage of the challenge: the final presentation on January 25, 2023. Following this final round, eSMART won the EMAAR contest in the category: Smart & Healthy Buildings with the company OpenSpace in the category: Community and Tenant Experience for Smart and Healthy Buildings.
eSMART will be able to be part of a project in conjunction with EMAAR Properties. Based in the United Arab Emirates and specializing in real estate investment and development, EMAAR is the largest real estate developer in Dubai. eSMART warmly thanks EMAAR for this distinction, its hospitality and the experience that has given it access to a global network in the construction field.
